Packing circles

The concept is based on Circle Packing. It's not limited to packing circles alone, but also applicable for packing various shapes within the circumference of a circle, thus the algorithm was restructured into a function that returns a list of circle data points [x, y, radius]. The code in OpenSCAD is utilized for this purpose. Information about OpenSCAD can be found on its documentation page.
