"Pacifier" case top for Minigun MD9

This top part for the Pacifier case remix works with the mini DIN9 (Sega Mega Drive 2 / Genesis 2) version of the Minigun supergun. The bottom part of the case can be used from the original V2 Pacifier case. The changes from the original V2 are minor, holes were added/adjusted to allow access to the LPF switch and the sync header, everything else is the same since it seemed to fit OK.
