I've got six power pellets here that will last me until midnight tonight when I get back to work. I've been holding onto these for quite a while now because my last few meals haven't provided as much protein and carbs as my body needs after this strenuous workout yesterday afternoon which took a lot out of me physically so this is exactly what the doctor ordered in my opinion!
