Pac-Man bursts through the door of his home on the day of his 20th birthday, only to be met with a haunting sight: it is empty and in shambles. The Ghosts, Toc-Man's loyal henchmen, have swooped in and kidnapped Pac-Man's loved ones - Ms. Pac-Man, Jr. Pac, Baby Pac, Professor Pac, Pooka, and Chomp-Chomp! With his family and friends held captive by the diabolical Toc-Man on Ghost Island, Pac-Man springs into action, determined to rescue them from their clutches.
