Pac-Man Headphone Mount or Desk Ornament

This is a Pac-Man themed headphone stand or desk ornament that lets you choose between circular or square dot designs. You can attach it to a desk or shelf by slapping the quick release g-clamp into place:\r\n\r\nhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3450929\r\n\r\nAlternatively, there's a wall mount bracket in the files for this thing that will fit the mount in any orientation.\r\n\r\nTo secure it more firmly to the mount, you can use an M3 screw or stick some folded paper in there to wedge it, or glue it together.\r\n\r\nThe model parts should snap right into place, but depending on your printer's tolerance, you might need to glue them in position.\r\n\r\nThe model will print without supports, but it does have plenty of 45-degree overhangs. Print at a small layer height and slow down the process to maximize quality. There is also one bridge section at the top of the dovetail mount.\r\n\r\nI've created two versions of the face: one prints flat, and the other has integrated supports so you can print it upright if you prefer the layer lines that way. The integrated supports are held in place by 0.5mm thick walls. Make sure to turn on single extrusion external walls in your slicer and trim them off with a knife after printing.\r\n\r\nI've never charged for any of my models, and I don't expect tips, but please post your makes - it's what keeps me going!
