This is a Pac-Man model I created for my nephew's birthday celebration. At 100%, it measures 2.25" (57.15mm). To give it an endearing touch, I used 12mm googly-eyes that I acquired from a local crafting store. However, during the printing process, I did need to shave off some material on the mouth area to ensure it would snap into place without using any adhesive. When printing the model, I oriented its mouth upwards, which required me to use a raft and just a minimal amount of support to prevent it from tilting as the build plate moved.
