Pac-Man Containers is an incredibly useful and entertaining container for tiny items such as candies, mints, etc., making them perfect to use yourself or as a small gift. They are extremely easy to print on well-calibrated machines equipped with a filament fan. A good build plate adhesion is essential. This design is a larger and more practical version of my Pac-Man design available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1728304 They serve as a useful and fun container for small items such as candies, mints, etc., making them great to use yourself or as a small gift. At standard scale, Pac-Man containers are 60mm in diameter and 20mm in depth. The triangular opening into each compartment is 20mm x 15mm (widest point), big enough to store various small items. Please refer to the instructions and images for additional information. Note: If you enjoy this design, check out my other fun and practical designs... and post pictures of your prints! Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: Standard / 0.20mm Infill: Recommend 2 shells / 20% or more infill Notes: Use a raft to ensure this print sticks well to the build plate, as the contact patch is minimal considering the size of the print. Do not use any support, as you risk the moving parts fusing. The orientation of the print must remain as set in the .stl file, or the compartments will not print correctly, resulting in a failed print. Post-Printing Remove the raft and free the compartments... Freeing the compartments should be as easy as applying a small amount of pressure to each slider. Rotate them back and forth a couple of times, and they should slide freely. Please note that this print has fine clearances and requires a well-calibrated, precise machine to print well with all parts moving.
