Fresh air vent bezel designed specifically for Thingaverse's "Replacement inside vent for Piper Cherokee." The bezel comes in two different sizes, and users may need to perform some sanding to ensure a precise fit between parts. I created a second version, "VentHolder_35.4mm Hole_rev2.STL," to minimize the amount of sanding required. The picture shows the completed bezel and vent installed in my 1966 PA28-180C aircraft. No special materials are needed for this project; these parts do not attach to heaters or any other components. I highly recommend generating support material, as it produces a better part overall. To print the part correctly, users should rotate it 180 degrees around the x-axis, positioning the base on the printer bed for optimal results.
