P802E Frame Braces(Y and Z Axis)
thingiverse
Human: A remix of Simhopp's and Mediocredesigns' wonderful frame braces, designed to fit perfectly on a TronXY P802E.\nThe design fits a P802E with 193.68mm center to center on the threaded rod,\nand features a threaded rod that is 22.25mm from the base of the acrylic plate.\nThe addition of a 270.0mm Vertical Z axis brace provides extra stability and support.\nUpdate 3-25-17: I made a mistake in printing the vertical braces, forgetting how they print, and ended up making one unprintable.\nI've since fixed that with v17 and learned the proper way to print them, which is with the item at 45 degrees along the bed and the thin flat part down.\nUpdate 3-20-17: I added an adjustable end stop mount on the left vertical brace, inspired by shadowtrk's design,\nthanks to a suggestion from JackJakobs.\nThis might not be useful for me since I have an inductive sensor on the way, but if you print it out, let me know how well it works!\nUpdate 3-11-17: The vertical braces seem to stiffen up the top end of the machine well, but could use some precision mounting on the base.\nI'll add a bolt hole so you can mount them to where the z-end stop bolts go.\nThe z-end stop has been moved and mounted to the bottom of the X axis,\nand it fits almost perfectly for the height of my bed.\nUpdate 3-10-17: The design now includes my remix of Mediocredesigns' vertical frame braces, lengthened to 270.0mm and changed from circles to a hex design.\nThe print bed is 214x214mm, and these just fit onto it with some room to spare.\nUpdate: Both printed and installed, they fit my P802E perfectly, so I consider them final for now.\nIn the photos, the rear brace was printed at high speed (80mm/s) and acceleration (2500), resulting in a lot of ringing and ghosting.\nI've since changed the external and small perimeters to 25mm/s, which fixes the issue with ringing and ghosting.\nUpdate 2: I added an alternate z end stop mount that allows the braces to fit without any issues.
