I loved the original concept but it took far too much plastic, so I removed all the unnecessary parts to create a more efficient design. My version boasts a significant reduction in plastic usage, down from 11.2cm3 to a mere 6.2cm3 - you can easily double-check these measurements using the same slice settings. In addition to minimizing plastic waste, I also cleverly integrated a screw hole for the top component. This thoughtful design element helps to ensure that the other screw hole aligns perfectly, eliminating any unwanted movement or rattling noises that may have occurred in the original model. My redesign has made it incredibly easy to bend and fit the parts together with ease. The result is a smoother, more precise operation that's free from annoying movements and noises. I'm absolutely thrilled with my creation! To replicate this design, simply mirror the object for the right side and use a 22mm bearing. To assemble the parts, place the plastic component and bearing in a vise and gently push them together. Finally, drill 8mm and 3mm holes respectively for the other components.
