P80 80% Lower Machining Fixture (AR-15)

Well, I spent time crafting a detailed description and clear instructions, but unfortunately, my browser crashed before I could save them. Sorry about that - I'm not up to rewriting everything from scratch. Remix wasn't exactly what I had in mind; rather, this project was inspired by existing designs. Unfortunately, the mounting holes don't line up with the X-Carve inserts. The image provided is not of a Polymer80 RL556v3 rifle; instead, it's a mil-spec model with a trigger guard added to simplify the design. Given the complex geometry surrounding the magwell on the RL556v3, I decided not to include it in my model. This project was more about determining if it's possible to create this component using a CNC mill rather than manually fabricating it. The mounting holes and nuts are designed for 1/4-20 (or 28) hardware. When attaching the magwell, be careful not to overtighten it - its purpose is simply to prevent the magwell end from tilting upward excessively. To accurately position your tool, use the provided pin as a zero point and offset half of your tool's size from the takedown pin. Refer to the DXF file and image for a clearer understanding of this process. This design was specifically created for the trigger guard on the RL556v3 Rhino rifle; however, I'm unsure if it will work on the G150 Phoenix model.
