This design is well overdue for an upgrade! Check out my brand-new version here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1031144 I'm extremely proud to present my custom Y-axis idler designed specifically for the Prusa i3 steel (Leonardo). This part, when paired with smaller bearings (2x F686-ZZ), expertly corrects the geometric flaws in the original i3 steel part. As a result, your belt will run perfectly horizontally and parallel - a flawless setup, even with the standard 20-tooth GT2 pulley. I must credit the innovative design by checking out this thing here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:639754 This particular part is designed specifically for P3 Steel frames of Version 1.x and seems to be your best bet if you're running that version. Here are the easy-to-follow instructions: To get a sharp, print-quality finish, no special settings are needed - the print support is already built-in. You can count on achieving razor-sharp overhangs even with suboptimal printer settings. You'll need the following parts: * 2x F686 ZZ bearings (or equivalent 686 ZZ models) * 1x DIN 912 M6x30 bolt * A better option would be to use a DIN 912 M6x50 and chop it to fit - this will ensure smooth operation * 2x M6 washers * 1x M6 nut (nyloc-nut recommended)
