P3Steel mount for the Greg's wade geared extruder

This mount enables mounting a Gregs' Wade Geared Extruder on a P3steel and switching over to using a Bowden tube. Instructions Print, add 3M nuts into the holes, then mount the extruder with countersunk M4 screws. Add the swagelock fitting for the Bowden tube. You must re-drill the center hole to 2mm before mounting - this applies at least to my prints. This entire assembly can be mounted on top of the P3Steel frame, with the Bowden tube pointing out to the front. The extruder can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379
