The foundation of this overhaul lies in a 3mm lasercut 2.5DXL version. ####Amendments to original design: + Altered Z-TOP aperture to 22m to accommodate the Z axis bearing + Redesigned Z-TOP to ensure no MK2 extruder comes into contact with the frame (untested) + Added 4mm holes in the bed for SMAs + Incorporated holes in the frame for power supply and Rambo housing (M3 thread) + Expanded the frame, enabling the use of the MK42 from Prusa I3 MK2/S + Added and repositioned holes for carriage support with MK42 + Incorporated additional holes in the frame to secure 8mm smooth rods + Redesigned Y idler to follow belt geometry (untested) ####For printed parts: + Mirrored RAMBO housing from Prusa I3 MK2 + Designed Y-Endstop + Remixed Y-belt holder for use with SMAs + Remixed X-ends to match endstops and smooth rods ####Please note this is an early working prototype stage, not suitable for production use.
