P3Steel Lead Screw X-Axis Ends, Modified from Toolson's P3Steel -KaiTek
thingiverse
This is a modified version of Toolson's P3Steel X-Axis ends, designed for use with Lead Screws, as commonly found on Sunhokey and other 3rd party Prusa printers. This is not a complete X-Axis assembly; to create one, you will also need the following parts from "P3Steel Toolson Edition": * Belt tensioner * X End stop bracket * Y End stop trigger (either short or long) * Y End stop bracket Print Settings: * Printer Brand: Prusa * Printer: Prusa Steel * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.3 * Infill: 40% Notes: You will need a few tools to complete this project. 2.5mm, 8mm, and 10mm drill bits or reamers are required. M3 Tap is also necessary. After printing, clean up edges, then drill or ream holes to specification. For the Leadscrew nut, you must drill/ream the four small screw holes to 2.5mm, followed by tapping with M3 thread. The middle hole requires drilling/reaming to 10mm, while the X rod holes should be drilled/reamed to 8mm. The Leadscrew nut should press in firmly, and the M3 screws hold it securely in place.
