P365 Safety Jig
thingiverse
Created a jig to covert my Wilson Combat grip for my P365X to accept a manual safety fcu. Around an 8 minute print using supports. Use your FCU rear pin to align the jig make sure the pin is pushed into the center, Use at your own risk, may require a little bit of post filing to get a perfect fit. I used a exacto knife to cut through the frame and used some pliers to break it off, Then used a dremel with a sanding bit to clean it up. If the safety is hard to flip on and off or your rear pin is hard to insert while reinstalling the FCU, more than likely the cutout is not deep enough. Double check with the jig to make sure enough was removed and as always TRIPLE check function. This is a template nothing more. Note this is not for commercial use. This is for personal use only.
