I'm absolutely crazy about my Blackhawk holster, and I adore my P320 with elevated suppressor sights. What really got under my skin was that the sights were too tall, which caused them to rub against the underside of the top of the holster. The friction was palpable - I could feel it tugging. So, this replacement part is specifically designed to upgrade the top of the holster sight channel after you've sanded it down. It will sit snugly on the existing shoulders of the holster and add a bit more height to the sight channel, making for a smoother draw.
