Only compatible with newer magazines featuring a rectangular retaining peg. This base plate is designed specifically for the Sig Sauer P320 (Full size, Carry, Compact, Subcompact, X5, and X-Carry) firearms. It provides an alternative to the OEM base plate and offers improved compatibility with flared magwells. The design takes into account the limitations of the OEM flared magwell, which extends too far on either side, preventing the use of a magwell in some cases. This issue has been addressed by creating a flared magwell specifically for the X-series grip modules, ensuring a smooth and secure magazine insertion. Although not extensively tested, these base plates are likely to be compatible with the OEM flared magwell as well. For optimal results, it is recommended to print the base plate on its rear side, aligning the layers perpendicular to the lip of the magazine body.
