P3 Volvo (Land Rover and Range Rover) Blower Motor Fan Tool

Equivalent to Volvo tool 9997284 or https://www.lasertools.co.uk/Product/6959/Blower-Motor-Tool-for-Volvo-JLR Based on the diagram shared in this video https://youtu.be/z-9SKu49LBE Requires a length of M5 all-thread. I cut it down to give me four 150mm lengths, then used a pillar drill and file to turn the ends down to 3.6mm. I chopped the 10mm that I held in my drill chuck off once turned to the correct size. You'll also need 16 M5 nuts and a couple of M5x20 bolts. I made some of the bolt holes a bit tight, you might need to pass through them with a 5mm drill bit. Likewise, the two nut holders should have been fractionally larger - melt the nuts in using a soldering iron. They'll also need to be retained with epoxy.
