P3 Steel I3 Y Axis Idler

<p>I made this piece in Tinkercad by measuring the broken piece that I found on an old P3 Steel I3 in someones garage.</p><p>The original piece had sharper edges but i expanded the model a bit and added rounded edges.</p><p>The 4 nubs/pegs are a tight fit and I had to shave one a little bit to get them to fit.</p><p>I later found a full kit of p3 printable parts on Thingiverse but hey, too late now and mine is slightly different anyway.</p><p>Printed in Hatchbox Purple PETG with my Anycubic Mega S.</p><p>Started with the Generic DRAFT PETG profile in SuperSlicer and changed to</p><ul><li>.25mm layer height</li><li>Support Cubic Infill</li><li>4 perimeters</li><li>31% infill</li><li>Printed with the short side facing down and paint-on supports for the little nubs.</li></ul><p> </p>
