P3 - cutted pic: RealityC vs Zephyr vs MetaShape
sketchfab
Third test between Reality Capture, Zephyr Lite, and MetaShape basic versions. Source material: A YouTube 4K drone video from a Phantom 3 Pro, available at https://youtu.be/GTFICUsvqi0. 358 pictures were extracted every tenth frame from the video, with all information removed in covered areas to help Reality Capture operate smoothly. Download the images at http://tinyurl.com/y4ksfjbg and inspect the original OBJ file at http://tinyurl.com/y563jue4 for more details about each stage's processing times. The models were optimized using ZBrush's "lossless" decimation technique, ensuring they fit within Sketchfab's file size limits. The textures retained their original quality of 8K resolution, resized to 2K. Please use the inspection tool to verify the upload without texture, allowing you to assess photogrammetry extraction effects for each software. Test Environment: * CPU: ThreatRipper 1950x (utilizing 30 out of 32 available cores). * GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. * RAM: 64GB DDR4 at 2400MHz. * No overclocking was applied during the test. Additional Notes: For MetaShape, an initial medium setting and then a high setting were required to align all pictures, similar to using normal and white picture sets.
