Second test between Reality Capture, Zephyr Lite, and MetaShape basic versions. Source material: 4K drone video from YouTube Phantom 3 Pro, available at https://youtu.be/GTFICUsvqi0. 358 images extracted every tenth frame from the video, masked, and saved as JPEG to convert alpha mask into pure white information. Download the pictures at http://tinyurl.com/y4g6kj97 or access the original OBJ file at http://tinyurl.com/y5x99m3y. Check annotations for detailed timing information about each stage of processing. Models have been reduced using ZBrush's "lossless" decimation to fit Sketchfab's file size limits, while textures have been resized from 8K to 2K quality. Use the inspection tool to upload without texture and check photogrammetry extraction effects for each software. PC Specifications: CPU: Intel Core i9-1950X (utilizing 30 of 32 available cores) GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti RAM: 64GB DDR4 at 2400MHz No overclocking has been applied. Additional Notes: To achieve optimal results with MetaShape, it is necessary to use both medium and high settings for alignment. This will ensure all pictures are properly aligned, just like with standard images. The MetaShape effect can be seen in action at https://i.imgur.com/KbYl8kl.jpg.
