## P1X Tag with QR code A business card for a 2019 project, available free and open source like all our creations. ### Creation Process No complex 3D modeling software was used to make this design. The initial image was created in GIMP as a heightmap (image attached). It was then set to precise dimensions: 60x30x2.2mm using Ultimaker Cura. A QR code was generated using the qrencode command: ``` qrencode -o qr.png https://p1x.in ``` ### Printing Details The business card was printed on a 0.20 resolution printer at a speed of 60mm/s, but this took too long. A good compromise was found by adjusting the settings to 0.28 and 80mm/s. To ensure clear visibility, a Staedler permanent pen was used to make the QR code black. **Update** It was discovered that a 2mm height setting wasn't sufficient for my printer's capabilities. The design was revised to use a 3mm height setting, resulting in a much cleaner print quality. Both versions of the business card are available, with the slower print option still producing acceptable results at 2.2mm. ### Carabiner Compatibility This design works seamlessly when combined with a scaled-down version of the carabiner from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:950426, reduced to 50% scale.
