I broke my old screw and found drawings online to recreate it perfectly. I printed this in ABS, just in case it might get hot someday. UPDATE: Michael_G scaled down the design to 96% of its original size and it fit perfectly. You can use this as a reference. He used Cura for slicing the model. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: They don't matter. Supports: There are none. Resolution: It's 0.2mm. Infill: It's 100% solid.
