P100 Filter Cover
thingiverse
This is an entirely new creation from scratch. I've reimagined it by making the cover securely grip the filter connector, rather than the filter itself. This innovative design allows for ample space around the filter while maintaining a firm hold on the mask. By using an extruder multiplier of 1.1 or 1.15, we can achieve a non-porous print with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm. With this cover in place, users can repeatedly utilize P100 filters over several days, simply disinfecting the cover with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, or other cleaning agents as needed. Testing has shown that the filter poses minimal interference with breathing and adds only a negligible amount of weight to the mask. The prominent red cross logo clearly identifies this device as a medical tool.
