I lost a key while cleaning my keyboard, and since I couldn't find a replacement, I decided to create one from scratch. My first design was flawless, but I encountered issues fitting the crossbar onto the board due to its intricate supports and precision requirements. After several attempts, my revised design finally clicked into place with 100% accuracy. The clever design eliminates the need for any supports altogether. When printing is complete, it's essential to snap off the end of the inner cylinder. This is intentionally designed to break away easily, revealing the crossbar. Once exposed, the key can be effortlessly inserted onto the keyboard board.
