A means to use your drill to spin th ereel backwards to lap the blades and cutter bar. It is a simple part and I included a Fusion file. V1 was meant to be a tight fit for semi flexible material. Not really needing a pin to drive, but I used a small piece or wood dowel at first. Then I printed the same file in petg and tapped it on half way with a soft hammer and the tight fit was plenty friction to drive it and safer in event of a jam. v2 (untested) was meant to be for hard materials such as nylon or petg and using a screw or pin as the drive. Not ideal if thereis a sudden jam - you may twist your wrist holding the drill, Tools I used: Cordless Drill 18V Wurth 1/2" chuck. Low Gear (1) was used. Phillips Head Screwdriver. Flat screwdriver to lever of the wheel trims. Small External Circlip pliers. Phone camera to record orientation of ratchet pawls. Grease to re-grease ratchets and wheel axles. Green Lapping Paste from Lawn Addicts Australia (80 grit I think) Small brush with long handle to daub on the paste. while spinning. T handle Hex Key to gradually adjust down the cutter bar until it souned like it was lapping evenly Rag and light oil to clean off the paste when finished.
