The spot where my Ozark Trail insulated cup rests in my office isn't exactly the cleanest area, especially since an A/C vent hangs directly above it and doesn't always get cleaned as thoroughly as I'd prefer. To protect my cup from dust and debris that tends to accumulate there, I've been covering it with a tissue and rubber band before leaving for work or heading out on weekends. I decided it would be relatively straightforward to create a cover for the lid, so I designed one that could be easily printed. Initially, I envisioned the object measuring 100mm across at its widest point, which I carefully measured beforehand. However, when I went ahead and printed the design, I found that it was slightly smaller than expected. Undeterred, I decided to reprint it at a size of 103% to ensure a perfect fit. This custom cover doesn't provide a secure snap-fit; instead, it simply sits atop the existing lid, effectively blocking any unwanted substances from entering my cup. Your experience may differ, but for me, this solution works like a charm.
