Oxyhydrogen fed AT IC motor 3D model
cgtrader
This 3D model showcases an oxyhydrogen generation system connected to an IC engine, which generates oxyhydrogen gas from water for powering the motor. It is inspired by Bob Boyce's design with simplified modifications, like using a sensor instead of a gas pressure switch and employing two printed circuit boards - one for DC power and another for AC power. The blue parts depict electrical components, green shows the water supply, and red highlights the gas outlet. According to Patrick J. Kelly, the Bob Boyce electrolyzer can achieve 600-1000% more efficient energy use than normal electrolysis. This model also features two oil tanks for cooling the IC motor and an Alpha-type Stirling motor that generates electricity, making it a hybrid system with improved efficiency of up to 70%. However, oxyhydrogen gas storage remains limited due to its rapid conversion back to hydrogen. The generated electricity can be fed back into the grid through net metering.
