Oxygen Splitter:Oxys1
grabcad
The design focuses on efficient airflow, with oxygen evenly split through two outlets. It resembles a bag filter's inlet and outlet ducts, where internal plates guide the flow. Sharp corners and bends are avoided to ensure optimal flow. The design comprises five 3D-printable parts: top and bottom casings that prevent oxygen leakage, with rubber seals optional for a tighter fit; and pipe connectors, designed for ease of use and customizability. Two connector options are provided - one without a valve and another with a ball valve to control airflow. The housing rotates freely around the connector to prevent tangling. Dimensions are 70mm x 62mm x 20mm (without connectors) and 91.5mm x 91.5mm x 20mm (with connectors). CFD tests confirm no trapped oxygen within the housing, maintaining equal flow distribution regardless of outlet usage. The design is named "Oxys1," derived from Ancient Greek for oxygen, signifying its innovative nature as the first of its kind. Please like and consider this design.
