Oxygen Splitter E2

Oxygen Splitter E2

In my second challenge model, I've designed a two-part system consisting of a body and a rubber component. The design is not overly simple but maintains affordability. Notable advantages include the body's long lifespan and ease of maintenance - only replacing the rubber when necessary. The splitter's outlet directs to a rubber hose, with the hose fitting snugly into the rubber due to a slightly larger diameter. This ensures that oxygen doesn't escape through the rubber. I opted for soft rubber in this design, featuring two types within the splitter: 1) straight cutting edge with no clearance and 2) cross-cutting edge with no clearance. The soft rubber functions under pressure and remains stationary without it. Soft rubber can be sourced from various places or printed. Hacking must be done manually, either in a cross pattern. Thank you for your likes and support! ❤️❤️❤️
