oxygen in a bottle
thingiverse
Oxygen in a bottle, with oxygen contained within an oxygen tank. As the owner of the oxygen license, bottling oxygen seemed like a straightforward approach. The file is a dual-type print, featuring both oxygen and bottle designs. By default, the smallest print size is used, which is typical for common printers at this time. The default wall thickness is 0.3mm, as this is the minimum commonly achieved by most printers. Oxygen and cap float 0.1mm above the surface, with a welded finish, due to the limitations of the printer. With the cap in place, it's essential to secure it quickly to prevent oxygen loss. The oxygen and cap feed rates must be adjusted accordingly to ensure proper function. A common small print setting is 0.28 layer height, suitable for this scale. However, if larger prints were attempted, tip and feed rates would need adjustment. Use at your own risk. Thank you for considering my design.
