Oxygen Bohr Model
thingiverse
The Bohr model of oxygen is a simplistic representation of the atom's structure that was initially developed by Niels Bohr. This classic model describes the electrons as moving around the nucleus in fixed orbits or energy levels, similar to planets orbiting around the sun. The electron in the outermost shell of an oxygen atom, for instance, has a specific amount of potential energy which is directly related to its distance from the nucleus. The Bohr model also implies that each electron occupies one of these fixed positions at any given time, which explains why atoms do not normally emit or absorb radiation as their electrons transition between different energy levels.
