Fan size: 1504, 5v A gasket is required to prevent resonance with the cover and excessive noise production. It should be made from a soft material such as foam or TPU. The 9th pin on the Fatshark receiver module bay is positive, while the 7th pin is negative. If you've already performed a power mod on your Fatshark (changed output to 5v), consider adding a 40-50 ohm resistor to reduce the output voltage to 3-4v for the cooling fan, as high voltage can cause noise. If your Fatshark powers the receiver at 3.3v, no resistor is necessary. The fan can lower temperature by around 12 degrees at 4v, while a 5v setting can achieve a 15 degree reduction. However, running the fan at a lower voltage results in less noise but reduced cooling efficiency.
