Happy Easter Everyone! This is OvOtto and is your " Cute Desktop Robot"!!! I designed it thinking of a gadget for my 3D Class students here in Sardinia, and I will be happy if other people worldwide will enjoy it! I could never vcreate such a little bot without meeting my friend Camilo, and his amazing Otto DIY robot. In my mind... OvOtto is a puppy of Otto! Its like if now we know that robots come from eggs! :-) But also... Easter is coming... And I wish kids have something robotic to keet their chocolate eggs on the table (before they eat them!). OvOtto comes from the italian word "ovetto", that means "little egg". And its exactly sized to hold a "Ovetto Kinder" chocolate inside him! So, he is both a Puppy robot, and a sweet desktop item organizer! Have fun and use your own OvOtto as you like! I will be happy that you give it as a gift to some kids with a chocolate inside! After all... this is what he was born for! :-) Printing Hints: 1) I suggest a nice 0.12 or 0.16 layer height, to have a smooth surface. 2) to make it resistant I print for my students at 1.2mm wall and 10% triangle infill 3) if u use Triangle Infill, and are a Simmetry maniac like me, in Cura you must rotate it 15° on one side (doesnot matter which) to have infill lines simmetric too! I give a non commercial license, so please feel free to print and give it as a gift... a kids smile is better than money after all!!! And if you like cute little robots, please make a visit at the website of my friend Camilo, to see how amazing is Otto DIY robot... you can buy one and build it by yourself at home... maybe after eating a choco egg! :-) Official website of OTTO is: https://www.ottodiy.com/ Greetings from Sardinia, Enjoy OvOtto! Enjoy Robotics! Enjoy Chocolate! Enjoy 3D Printing... I mean: have fun! :-)
