I created a basic Tracer cosplay design myself. I based my design off the official images Blizzard released for cosplayers. This isn't a copy from the game - I made it entirely from scratch using TinkerCad. The G emblem is flat in the game, so you'll need to paint it on, but you could also design and print it separately.
