"Mercy" is the callsign of Swiss doctor Angela Ziegler, key medical support for Overwatch group. In game, she's a Support class character who heals and buffs teammates, with a powerful ultimate ability to resurrect dead teammates, strategically used to continue a strong offensive push or defensive stand.
