Overwatch D.Va Head band redesign

I was struggling to print the headband with poorly supported overhangs.\r\n\r\nTo overcome this issue, I decided to slice it into eight smaller pieces with flat bases for ease of printing and added strength,\r\nThen, I added eight screw holes: two millimeters in diameter by six point five millimeters deep.\r\nI used thirty-five millimeter wood screws to secure the parts together.\r\nOnce all the components fit properly, I applied a small amount of superglue.\r\n\r\nThe size of the headband remains unchanged, so it still fits perfectly over my headphones,\r\n\r\nIn total, the printing time took around nine to ten hours.
