Oversized Bicycle Saw Guide for Carbon Composite Forks
thingiverse
I designed this as a simple replacement for the Park Tool SG-7.2 Bicycle Oversized Adjustable Saw Guide. Needing to only cut one tube, a few-time-use saw guide seemed like a great idea. All models print without support and the only other additional hardware you need are a 1/4" hex bolt (4" or greater), a 1/4" nylock nut, and a 1/4" hex nut. The bolt attaches to the handle, the hex nut slides into the top of the frame, and the nylock nut is captive within the vice. There are two slots for hacksaw blades, I found that the larger one works better for my purposes. Still a steady hand and good eye are required for a clean cut.
