Oversize Hand with Articulated Fingers

Due to popular demand, I'm finally making my articulated fingers used on my Starcraft 2 Jim Raynor suit available to the public! Also, I've recently added the PDF for the flat pattern for the arm the hand pieces mount to! I based it off of 1/4" thick ABS sheet. Enjoy! This is the complete set of files for a full hand, the index finger and ring finger use the same files. Each finger has a base, middle, and tip, including the thumb. Also included are the mounts for the fingers which will attach nicely to a 1/4" sheet of ABS plastic, which is what I used for the final product. To set them up for articulation, you'll need either rubber bands to connect the sections (as shown in the photo) or a 1/4" wide fabric elastic that runs the entire length of the back side of the finger. You'll also need several yards of 1/8" paracord or similar to run down the inner length of the finger, using the loop in the tip as an anchor. I connected all the sections together at the joints using a 1/2" ABS plastic dowel, tho wood can also work. Assemble each half of the finger, run the cord and elastic, then glue the two halves together using the dowels to line them up properly. I've also included the finger tabs that you'll tie the paracord ends to and slip your fingers thru to control the hand.
