Oversize Clamp (31.8mm) for Klickfix

I recently acquired a new bike, and my existing Klickfix clamps were too small for the 31.8mm diameter handlebar on this bike. I decided to create custom clamps right away, as I couldn't afford to wait for ordered parts from elsewhere. After building these clamps, I had to modify the adapter housing with sandpaper to fit the larger diameter of the handlebar properly. Printed on a daVinci mini W printer, the settings were: 0.3mm layer thickness, thick walls, medium speed, PLA material, 0.4mm nozzle size, and 90% infill density. A total of four meters of filament was used for each clamp.
