A custom folding rack is designed to hold thirty 25mm bottles of miniature paint in an organized and space-efficient manner. To assemble the rack, sixteen 3/8 long screws are required to attach the rails to the individual rack pieces, while four 3/4 long screws are needed to secure the legs into place. It's essential to leave all the screws slightly loose so that the pivots move freely and smoothly. When printing the STL files, they may be randomly oriented due to export issues, but fortunately, they can be printed without supports when laid down correctly. The unique design of the leg slots allows for easy locking in the out position, making it effortless to use the rack in various configurations. However, the legs do move about halfway out when tilting the unit, and a slight manual push is required to fully extend them. A key feature added on 2019-11-19 was a longer leg that can be mounted one position back, enabling multiple units to be placed next to each other with minimal gaps. This design enhancement provides greater flexibility and convenience for users who need to stack or arrange their folding racks in different layouts.
