This innovative design features a precision-engineered funnel that enables the seamless placement of a fine mesh between the funnel and cap, expertly straining out hardened resin during pouring operations. The goal is to achieve optimal separation of resin from debris while efficiently returning the resin to its container. In reality, I wouldn't recommend using this contraption; instead, an elegantly simple funnel with a friction-fit sleeve would be a far more practical choice and significantly easier to operate. However, this complex design was the first thing that came to mind, and I decided to proceed with it. Fortunately, this creation does work as intended. One caution is that it's all too easy to over-tighten the assembly, potentially causing damage. Furthermore, printing with a significant amount of resin can be a challenge. The system is designed for effortless mesh replacement, but for best results, it's advisable to print a dedicated funnel for each resin use in order to prevent cross-contamination and ensure optimal performance.
