This is a housing that will hold a Philmore 30-2400 Micro snap action switch. (available at Fry's in the US) The Switch must fit into a cutout on the bottom part. It also has a groove for wires to exit. Housing snaps temporarily onto the delta Effector around the stock hotend nozzle without needing removal of anything. When not in use, it clips around the heat shield above the fan. Use Normally Open & Common terminals on the switch and connect up to the SEN header on the top of the toolhead. Connect to the center and the right pin on the SEN Connector. You need a Female JST PHR-3 connector. Also buy crimp pins if necessary. Currently only Repetier firmware fork supports Z-Probe on the OLP. Check out this forum post - http://www.dreammaker.cc/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=259 Accuracy is +/- .01%. Probe offset from nozzle X+24mm Y+12mm Z+2mm (Check Revisions). You will likely need to tweak Z offset for your setup. Print Settings Printer: Overlord Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Layer Infill: 20 % I Designed This Created on OnShape.com and posted as a public model. Revisions Rev 1 Couldn't like the way offset worked in practice with first version. So made lower bracket to glue on bottom of first bracket. Switch is now located below nozzle directly. This should make firmware settings easier. You only have to apply Z offset now. Thought about redoing whole bracket as a single part but would need support and hard to print. Z Probe Height offset is about 11.8mm, you will still need to tune number for your own setup. Rev 1.1 Increased friction bumps on Upper bracket size. Decreased tolerance between brackets because it was pulling the arms in on upper bracket.
