Overlord Pro - MKS Sbase mount parts
thingiverse
I installed an MKS Sbase instead of the dfrobot ATMEGA board, and also added a bracket to hold four TL Smoothers from Triangle Labs. This bracket will not work with the stock microcontroller because it tries to occupy the same space, but they do fit together slightly. It should be obvious that if you still have the backup battery installed, this setup won't fit at all. I'll post more information about how to connect everything and configure the settings once I get a chance to document it properly. For now, everything is working perfectly. Here are some related videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjXNYrzMMlU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lcIQsXaitDE WIP Parts list: The power plug is the Kycon KPJX-PM-4S. You can find it at Mouser: http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=KPJX-PM-4Svirtualkey51700000virtualkey806-KPJX-PM-4S I used a 15mm x 10mm SPST snap-in panel switch, which you can buy on Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00X42JPP2/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1. You'll need to redrill the Kycon jack holes to fit it properly. The other parts I used are: - 2x 3mm x 12mm bolts - 2x 3mm washers - 2x 3mm nylocks I also needed two 3mm x 8mm bolts and two 3mm washers to secure the MKS Sbase to its tabs.
