The assembly process can be tricky due to packaging limitations. First, you need to secure the mount to the effector using screws, and then attach the titan assembly to it. It's great to see that retraction works smoothly without the bowden tube's slop. Now I'm ready to print some ninjaflex filament. Loading filament is also much easier now. The wiring setup depends on your preference. I added a small mount for the stock PCB, but if you want to eliminate the umbilical wiring completely, use the other option instead. Overall, the weight of this setup is similar to the original configuration, possibly even heavier if I had to estimate. The nozzle is properly centered. Check out my first print video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5UMI8Y63WU. Interestingly, the noise level has decreased significantly with this new setup. The smaller 25mm stepper motor is much quieter than its 60mm counterpart. I was also able to remove a fan that cooled the larger stepper motor. Additionally, the 40mm heatsink fan on my aero clone is quieter than both the OEM 40mm fan and a 30mm fan I used on my e3d v6 clone mount.
