Overlord Pro E3D Chimera/Cyclops Mount

New mount designed for the E3D Chimera/Cyclops, suitable for the Overlord/Overlord Pro 3d printer. Still in development, this design requires a working understanding of its parts before focusing on print considerations. Consequently, support material accumulates underneath due to lack of flat areas, resulting in random patterns. The fan ducts are integrated as one piece, with plans to separate them into distinct components later on. Two screw holes beneath the heatsink fan are inaccessible, owing to an oversight during design - the heatsink fan protrudes slightly too far. In contrast, six remaining screw holes are excessively abundant, providing excessive hold on the structure. A modification was necessary for mounting stock fans as the original Overlord 40x40x20mm models were unsuitable due to their size. Nozzles now utilize 30x30x10mm fans, equivalent to those employed by the Chimera/Cylops heatsink. Note that I substituted a 24v fan in place of my original 12v unit from the Chimera, ensuring compatibility with the Overlord's 24v requirements. For mounting this custom mount, reuse the original M3 8mm screws provided with the standard Overlord hardware and supplement these with additional hostboard screws from above. Additionally, use four to eight M3 16mm screws, dependent on preference (using two fans requires either one set of these). Print Settings Rafts: Not required for successful printing. Supports: Utilized to ensure solid base. Print Notes: Recent prints completed at a 0.3mm layer height and 0.8mm shell, demonstrating a stable foundation capable of withstanding prolonged printing sessions exceeding twenty-five hours without issues.
