Overlord Pro Double Lack enclosure

Overlord Pro Double Lack enclosure

To minimize distractions and maximize results, I decided to build an enclosure for my Overlord Pro. The printer is extremely loud and sometimes struggles to print ABS, so I chose to design something similar to the famous Lack Enclosure. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2012384 However, due to the height of the printer, a delta, I created a double Lack enclosure. Essentially, I joined two Lack tables, but not one on top of the other, but side by side. This allowed me to achieve twice the height, which is just enough to accommodate my printer. Using some brackets, I connected the two tables. One table is positioned at the top, and the other at the bottom, held together by the legs. To ensure the enclosure's stability, I attached all four legs. Next, I covered three sides of the enclosure with a plastic cover that I already had on hand, made from methacrylate. The fourth side was also covered with methacrylate to create a door. With two hinges and a pair of magnets, I completed the door. Additionally, I placed some white cork inside the plastic-covered walls to improve insulation. I relocated the Overlord Pro's plastic tray outside the printer, so the material is now accessible from outside. To do this, I drilled a hole and used a PTFE tube to insert the material into the printer extruder. Now that the enclosure is built, I need to finish the door and refine the overall project. I also designed a door handle to use with the door magnets I acquired.
