23-Sep-2017 Update: Part has been modified to ensure it fits perfectly on my OLP. Initial measurements showed it was about 1.2 mm too tall, but new v7 part now firmly holds the bed at a height of 17.5 mm. Screw hole size has also been enlarged by 0.2 mm for better alignment with holes drilled in the printer based on dvhecke's original design. 22-Sep-2017: These revised bed level mounts are inspired by dvhecke's creation, but I've made some key improvements to suit my needs. I wanted a more convenient design that eliminates the hassle of dealing with lock nuts on the underside of the printer. The new mounts feature recessed nut holes on top, allowing screws to be inserted from below without exerting pressure on the print bed. Three washers are fully embedded within the mount and secured using a lock washer and brass knurled nut. I've included an STL file that represents the actual size of the finished model. When printing with an OverLord printer, make sure to scale X, Y, Z accurately, as shown in the image on my filament-calibrated printer. The models were printed using 1.75 mm Maker-Bot PLA. To slice properly, orientate the part so that recessed nut holes face upwards. Note that one edge is recessed to accommodate the lip of the OverLord printer. I used supports during printing.
