Overlap25 2.5" FPV Cinewhoop Cinema Drone

The Overlap25 Cinewhoop uses 2.5" (63mm) props that overlap each other making the wheelbase only 78mm. It's sized more similar to a 2", but has the power and efficiency of a 2.5". It's optimal for shooting residential and small commercial indoor cinema showcases. I print the Duct in Ninja Tek Armadillo TPU, the Top Plate in Taulman 910 Alloy Nylon and the camera/antenna mounts in regular TPU which makes the frame very durable and lite. There are top plate versions for both a 16mm flight stack (mounted front/rear) and 26mm whoop AIO board both with 9mm motor mount spacing. My build: - Flight Controller/ESC: HGLRC FD413 16mm Stack 13A - Motors: HGLRC Flame 1106 6000kv - VTX: HGLRC Zeus 350mw - RX: BetaFPV ELRS Lite (flat antenna) - Camera: Caddx Ant (14mm) - Battery: 850mah 3S - Props: Gemfan D63 3 or 5 Blade - Weight: <230g with naked GoPro Hero 7 Black and 850mah 3S battery Notes: For my build I use 15mm standoffs, my motors are 13mm from the bottom of the mounts to the top of the bell (bottom of the prop). If your motors are shorter than that, you may have to use some washers under the motor mounts for the props to clear the flight controllers. The 16x16 plate is designed so that you can thread 2mm screws into it without having to use backing nuts. The plate protects the FC/ESC in the event that a prop bends.
